A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

La casa è vicina alla fiera e anche il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti, la fermata dell'autobus si trova sotto casa.
