Ein klassisches Campinghaus aus dem Jahr 1939 in Maine, das direkt an der Casco Bay liegt, mit einem privaten Steg, einem weiten Blick auf das Wasser und einem Salzwasser-Whirlpool, und das alles an einer ruhigen Privatstraße. Unterkünfte wie diese gibt es nicht oft, und sobald du hier bist, wirst du verstehen, warum. Über das Dock gelangt man direkt ans Wasser, und Gästen steht ein Liegeplatz zur Verfügung. Der Wolf's Neck State Park und die Wolf's Neck Farm sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, ebenso wie Downtown Freeport.

Abgelegene Hütte: Aussicht, Whirlpool, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum See

Von einem Architekten entworfene alpine Hütte mit Panoramablick auf die White Mountains, einschließlich Mount Washington Entspanne im Whirlpool, beobachte den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen und genieße eine friedliche Waldlage in der Nähe von Seen, Wanderwegen und Skigebieten. Allradantrieb ERFORDERLICH 1. November bis 15. April Ab Mai bis Herbst 2026 kann es gelegentlich (nur an Wochentagen) zu Baulärm die Straße hoch (ca. 76 Meter) kommen, da Nachbarn ihr Haus bauen. Die Arbeiten würden ungefähr von 8:00 bis 16:00/17:00 Uhr stattfinden und nicht jeden Tag. Vom Haus aus kann man es nicht sehen.
