Sunny Valley Resort is a unique and off the grid experience. We use a reliable Satellite service that delivers a great signal to each tipi and across 5 acres. Each tipi has its own deck with a private outdoor toilet and instant hot water outdoor shower, comfy beds, fire pits, carpeting, kitchenette with fresh local coffee, tea, goodies, creamer and sugar. Clean filtered spring water. We have lots of fun activities for families. Our tipis are spaced respectfully apart from each other for privacy.

Authentic Tatoosh Tipi

Our Tatoosh Tipi is just the spot for a fun and unique experience. The tipi has all the comforts of home with a double bed, electricity, and a detached bath house. Use the path to walk to the river during the day & relax in the hot tub at night. Our Tatoosh Tipi can sleep 2 adults and 3 cots that can be used for kids. There is a work station for prepping food on the Blackstone grill. There is not a kitchen. Feel free to email or call us with specifics that may not be in the amenities section.

Traders Outpost Tipi #1

Traders Outpost has four (4) separate tipi's available for rent. Each tipi has tent space available nearby for $10/night per tent. Onsite bathroom and showers available. Towels and washcloths provided. Extra porta-potties are provided during peak season. Tipi's are equipped with a heater, a fan and a lamp (110 & 30 Amp). Each tipi has a double bed, a futon and a cot, which can sleep up to 5 people. Bring your own sleeping bags/bedding. With advanced notice, we can provide bedding if necessary.

Sequim Glamping

Our luxurious Dragons Lair tipi features 2 comfy queen beds, propane fire pit inside the tipi and wood burning fire pit on the outside, private outdoor composting toilet outside and a toilet inside for liquids, instant hot water shower, and a kitchenette with fresh local coffee, pour over coffee maker, games, all the linens you need, mini fridge, toaster oven, tea, goodies, creamer, and sugar. This is 20ft Cheyenne Tipi with a separate heated bath hut and small cook hut is located in Lakebay, WA. Views across Puget Sound & Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, deer in the yard and bald eagles soaring above. This is glamping at its finest. When you wake in the morning, for heat you have central heating from a real furnace. Lying in bed you can control lights, Smart TV, and even the google hub. We can add a 4 people tent as well as a ‘pak ‘n play for infants upon request.

This is one of 3 waterfront teepees, steps away from the river. The 21 foot bear teepee sleeps 4. We have added new to this year is an 8 foot kids teepee. This site features a new Saluspa hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, propane cooking station, mini fridge and a picnic table. Comes with your own private bathroom and an outdoor shower.
