As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.
