Avencas Beach House - Ocean View

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Este estúdio foi inicialmente projetado para receber a nossa filha Maria, que vive na Bélgica, quando nos viesse visitar. Apesar de ser parte da nossa casa é totalmente independente. Estando quase sempre disponível achámos que fazia todo o sentido partilhá-lo com outras pessoas. Acolhe 2 hóspedes. Tem duas camas individuais que se podem juntar. Pequena cozinha com frigorifico, micro-ondas, lava-louça e possibilidade de confeccionar refeições ligeiras numa placa no exterior.
