An 1850's 2-bedroom cottage sitting at the edge of the historic fishing village of Port Fairy. Tucked away along the old railway track, with countryside views to the rear, old-world charm, two wood heaters, and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen, offering a relaxing & peaceful country getaway. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized, and parking is on the street.
