[HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.

This historic miner's cabin, which has been renovated, is located in the heart of Apple Hill, in the Sierra Nevada foothills, and overlooks a small meadow and creek. Walk to nearby farms, breweries & wineries or just relax on the back deck and enjoy the scenery. Visit historic Placerville, its galleries, restaurants, shops & more! Raft, ski, kayak, or just explore our 40-acre farm trails! (We are pet friendly.)

Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms. Note: This is a RURAL location.
