We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of theTrossachs National Park sits the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen and The Hogget Hut. This shepherds hut provides a unique secluded experience for honeymooners, adventure seekers and those who just want to relax, rewind and admire the scenery. Enjoy Loch Voil, explore the hills, and watch the wildlife. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub. Cook alfresco on the fire-pit or retire to the Nordic style BBQ hut.(*subject to availability) to end the day.

Bike and ski friendly accommodation in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Birchwood Bothy is a newly built cabin with all the amenities you will need after an adventure in the outdoors. Chill outside on the balcony with a morning coffee or cosy up in the colder months in front of the log burner. You'll find beautiful forest trails and a river path straight from the door and you are just a 10 minute walk into Carrbridge village where there is a local shop, great pub, gallery and cafe.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

The Bothy has a wood burner to create a special romantic atmosphere or perhaps a solo restful retreat. The single day bed pulls out to create a double bed. There is a table to have meals at or work away from home. Lots of local delicious food & coffee spots to explore nearby.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
