Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. Whether you are cooking inside or on the deck (grill) you are steps away from Buttermilk Bay. The community also has a small playground, basketball hoop, playing field and designated walking trails. We are close to local amenities, great restaurants, family activities, the Cape Cod Canal, and Public Golf Courses.

The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
