We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. The Sycamore House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in North Chico, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by walnut orchards, this is a 1,050 sq ft 2 story guest house. There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct). Brand new home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. This home has many custom features throughout with all brand new furniture and bedding. One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, our studio cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
