40 acres of peaceful views 7 short minutes from Andover and just 15 from East Wichita. Located 1 mile from Sante Fe Lake, the property features a wooded area with hiking paths, serene fishing pond with relaxing waterfall, and two outdoor seating areas. The home includes three spacious separate living areas and amenities include a pool table, golden-tee, exercise room, movie room, and office. Two indoor pickleball courts on the grounds are available for $50 per 2hrs.

Inside this beautiful Belle tent there is a cozy queen size bed, a dinette equipped with place-settings for 2, a sitting area and a heater. Cabin includes heat, A/C, large couch, table and chairs, fridge, coffee maker and a king size bed on the inside. The outside includes a secluded deck, firepit, picnic table and an abundance of wildlife. Enjoy time away from it all and relax. Cook over an open fire and enjoy nature around you.

Guest House at Gilmore Creek Ranch

House is on a working ranch with management on site. Fully equipped kitchen, basic cable, 15-20 minutes from town or the turnpike. Great for hunters, family get-togethers, break from traveling. Animals on site. All bedrooms are upstairs, 1 full bathroom downstairs. A washhouse outside equipped with washer/dryer, shower, toilet, and sink. This is where the 2nd bathroom is located. We have a big sign out front with "Gilmore Creek Ranch" on it.

Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
