The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

On your doorstep you have Shopping, restaurants, beach and the iconic Busselton jetty. If you wish you can jump in your car and tour the Margaret River wine region and take in the many beautiful sights, with some of the best wine and food the world has to offer. Return to your home you can enjoy your time relaxing in the enclosed garden drinking and eating some of the wine and food you bought for the day, or take a 2-minute walk to one of the many restaurants and bars Busselton has to offer.

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
