A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

First floor has a half bath, Living Room with 72" Flat Smart TV, Huge Dining Room and efficiently well-equipped Kitchen. The Back Deck is a great conversation space and the back yard is fenced. The front portico is an impressive entry to the Manor House Foyer. There is lots of free parking and the property includes 10 acres to explore. Half are wooded and half farmette. Remember to check out the chickens!

This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
