We are right by the Junction and Breakwater bike trail; it's about 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk, 6 miles to Lewes. There's high speed WiFi, a Sonos audio system, and a Roku smart tv (no cable).

Entire home has Sonos, including under the house, which has a sauna, the 1st and 2nd floor decks. The living room features a see-thru fireplace, which is shared with the deck. The first floor includes a game room featuring a 12' shuffleboard table, foosball, arcade center, and bumper pool/card table combo, as well as a theater room.
