Just bring your cloths, food and fishing poles everything else is here for you. Home is like new and very clean. Beautiful unobstructed view of cove. Washer/dryer, a/c, microwave, linens, condiments, Keuric coffee, stove, dishwasher. Everything is new. 4 kayaks and life jackets , large yard, propane grill and fire pit. Sorry no pets
