Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just miles from Horseneck Beach. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Three quarters of the house has water views. 2 bedrooms inside the home, and a bonus room detached from the house which features another sofa and tv, our home is perfect for small families or two couples. Somerset's a small town surrounded by big attractions. It's 18 miles from Providence, 25 miles from Newport, 40 miles from Cape Cod, and 50 miles from Boston.
