There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). Heated pool, tennis court,beautiful home. Bristol

Our family home is a detached modern house partly built from oak frame. It is a two storied spacious open plan house with a large kitchen with an aga. The garden is large with a private wood, tennis court and outside swimming pool with an electric cover (open May-September) . The house is suitable for families and groups of friends. We welcome dogs and pets. There is plenty of private parking. We are situated approximately 15 minutes from Bristol airport, Clifton Village and Bristol city centre.
