Experience Brighton like a local with a stay in our beautiful annexe studio situated amongst the pastel painted houses of Hanover, Brighton. We are nestled in a quiet neighbourhood just a 20 minute walk from the beach, The Lanes and Brighton Station. The room has an airy feel to it with lots of exposed wood and natural light. Guests have their own private entrance and free parking space outside. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Parties of 3/4 adults can’t be accepted.

Local cafes, shops, buses and station 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes to the South Downs, 20 minutes walk to central Brighton and beach. frequent buses nearby to the SouthDowns and surrounding villages, beach and town centre. Taxis to towncentre cost around £10. PARKING VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE IF RESERVED IN ADVANCE £5 PER DAY.

Beautiful spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with your own private walled garden, just 10 mins walk up from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with the bonus of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 2.30 pm but flexibility to drop off bags earlier. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm.

The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

Southwick by the sea , parking & own front door.

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.

This amazing annexe has all the home comforts you need, including WiFi, Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon and a work space. Your own entrance into a relaxed space, in a quiet residential area. Plenty of free parking and great transport links. South Downs fifteen minutes walk. Universities, Amex and seafront ten minutes drive. Comfortable space where you can discover all there is on offer in this fantastic city. Includes kitchenette with air fryer, microwave and fridge.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow, nestled in Portslade village, overlooking the park. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please note: we welcome all couples of every gender combination! But please let us know if there are two of you and you need an extra bed (there is a charge to cover our laundry costs). :-)

Our studio is a light and comfortable space, with ensuite shower room, on the ground floor of our Victorian home, overlooking the back garden. We can offer off-street parking for 1 car - a real bonus in this area. We’ve tried to make sure you have everything you need to make you feel at home.
