Perfect for an overnight stay, whether you are getting on the Newhaven/Dieppe ferry, which is less than a mile away, walking the South Downs Way or taking a bus to either Brighton or Eastbourne. Glyndbourne Opera House is only 15 minutes away by car. Me and Brody my golden retriever, enjoy walking five minutes along the track up onto the Downs. We are in the South Downs National Park.

The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Located 5 miles from Lewes, quietly sitting in the grounds of our 120 year old cottage and within curtilage of the impressive and historic Laughton Place tower. Little Hawthorn is situated 1 mile from the nearest main road, with access via an unmade, rustic farm track.

Southdowns Way Cabin

Wooden cabin with fab views, private access and garden tucked away behind our cottage. Ideal for walkers/cyclists - just come down from the Southdowns Way when you get to the historic village of Fulking in the National Park - we're at the foot of the escarpment. Basic ingredients for breakfast/hot drinks provided for walkers. Wifi, TV, netflix, hot shower, comfy bed, excellent pub close by. Spectacular scenery and walks leading in all directions from the doorstep!

Apple Tree Cabin

Located on the edge of the Souths Downs National Park and a 15 minute walk to the High Street and 20-25 minutes to centre of Lewes and train station. With a separate entrance to the main house Apple Tree cabin is tucked behind its namesake. Designed and created by the owners from locally sourced reclaimed wood and materials. This unique space offers everything you need for a relaxing break.

South Downs Country Cabin

The cabin is located on a small campsite in Steyning in the South Downs National Park. Sleeps 2 people in either a king size bed or twin beds. A short walk to the historic town of Steyning’s picturesque High Street with many shops, pubs and eateries. Plenty of walking routes to enjoy on your doorstep.
