A very warm and welcoming apartment, located in the heart of the old historic city center of Brasov. It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.

Located at the border of the old city and the forest, our tiny studio offers easy access to the old city buzz but also to the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife surrounding the house. The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Decemer 2010. All main attractions are within walking distance: Black Church (3 min), Strada Sforii (5 min) and the Black and White Towers. Located on the first floor of a 19th-century old merchant building, the apartment provides a comfortable blend between the old town character and comfortable and central accommodation.
