Enjoy starry skies and clear blue sea less than 30 meters from the terrace surrounded by charming Mediterranean landscapes. The family house, Sunset Villa, sits in a prime location, isolated with magnificent views of the bay and neighbouring island of Šolta. Vanjska natkrivena terasa sa stolom za ručavanje + terasa za sunčanje . Jedna soba s velikim bračnim krevetom i jedna soba sa dva single/ odvojena kreveta . Apartman je udaljen samo 50 m od mora. Bazen je zajednički (djeli se sa gostima iz apartmana ispod (max 6 ljudi).

The brand new, one-bedroom apartment is situated on the remote 4000 sqm estate on the edge of a crystal clear water lagoon on the west coast of the Adriatic Isle of Brac. It is surrounded by pine forest and an olive grove, one minute's walk from a small, secluded beach for you. The estate itself is 5 km (3 miles) away from a small, picturesque fishing port of Milna, and the road that leads to the estate is half tarmac half dirt road 2,5 km.

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
