Located in a gated complex, the house offers plenty of amenities and unique opportunities for relaxation and entertainment only 9 km from ski resort Borovets and 9 km from the hot mineral pools of Dolna Banya. The house offers a spacious lawn, where you can enjoy a wonderful picnic, away from the city noise and tension.

Chalets also include TV lounge, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, balcony, patio for outside dining space and shared use of a hot tub and sauna. Free parking is available.
