Das Anwesen liegt versteckt in einem Eichenwald mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht. Folglich bietet es ein einzigartiges Erlebnis sowie eine unnachahmliche Ruhe. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Pool mit einem Platz, wo die Gäste sich erfrischen und die unglaubliche Aussicht genießen können. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer zentralen Gegend zwischen den Städten Budva, Kotor und Tivat. Das Ambiente, in dem sich die Unterkunft befindet, ist einzigartig. Der Aufwand, das Wetter und vor allem die Liebe bei der Schaffung der Unterkunft sind unsere Motivation, jeden Gast willkommen zu heißen.

Altes Steinhaus mit schönem Meerblick

Dieses charmante 200 Jahre alte Steinhaus im typisch mediterranen Stil befindet sich im Zentrum von Prčanj, einem kleinen und malerischen Dorf mit reicher maritimer Geschichte und Tradition. Die Villa befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes und nur 15 Autominuten von der Altstadt von Kotor entfernt. In der Nähe findest du ein Lebensmittelgeschäft/einen Minimarkt, Restaurants, Cafés, eine Bäckerei, eine Post usw. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt gibt es fünf Restaurants am Meer, die traditionelle mediterrane Speisekarte anbieten.

Es verfügt über die Außenseite eines alten mediterranen Steinhauses und ein modernes und komplett ausgestattetes Interieur mit schönen Bildern,Beleuchtung und Details. Im Haus dominiert eine hohe Funktionalität des Raumes und eine gute Anbindung an zahlreiche Terrassen. Komfortabel, für Urlaub ausgelegt, geeignet für Familien mit Kinder. Abhängig von den Bedürfnissen und dem Aufenthaltskonzept unserer Gäste werden wir sehr gerne versuchen, das Vergnügen zu vervollständigen.
