The area has a lot to offer and borders the Brecon Beacons National Park, within the surrounding landscape there are beautiful hiking/walking trails, The Big Pit National Coal Museum is nearby, lots of amazing mountain bike trails including Bike Park Wales, horse riding and much more.

We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

A fully renovated 3 bedroom house in the centre of Beaufort that also has retained some of the features from when it used to be a local pub “ The Rising Sun” in the 1950’s What’s around us? We are located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons national park and within traveling distance of the following. Bike Park Wales Pen-y-Fan , Sugar Loaf , Skirrid Big Pit We are also located a 4min drive to the train station.

The market towns of Crickhowell and Abergavenny are close by. The national cycle network local to us is 46 and are are close to Bike Park Wales, Big Pit Blaenavon, and the Clydach Ironworks.

If you are an individual, family or group come and stay in our bell tent designated in one of our fields. Your welcome to pitch additional tents up in same area if needed. Private location with views across the valley. ideal for those seeking to get in touch with nature, relax, excercise and enjoy the outdoors. Explore the surroundings forests, mountains, waterfall and park! forage for wood to start a nice camp fire. Meet our Sheep, Donkeys, Goats and Horses during your stay!

The Cwtch is an annexe adjoining our self build stone bungalow that is surrounded by beautiful countryside, that is within easy access to The Brecon Beacons and World Heritage site Blaenavon etc. The property is well equipped, the property is accessed through the light and airy conservatory adjoining the kitchen. Your personal space will include conservatory, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and en-suite. Please to aware that there is a shared space where the laundry area is located.
