Dieses 2-stöckige Ferienhaus liegt auf dem Land, aber nur 1 Meile von den Annehmlichkeiten von Newton Stewart entfernt. Es verfügt über eine Eingangshalle mit Stufen hinunter zu einem Wohn-/Essbereich mit moderner Einbauküche. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Einzelbett sowie ein Badezimmer mit elektrischer Dusche über der Badewanne. Bitte beachte, dass es in dieser Unterkunft nur ein Badezimmer gibt und es sich im Obergeschoss befindet.

Der Getreidespeicher, Little Tahall Farm

Die Granary befindet sich auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof mit herrlichem Blick über die Wigtown Bay. Schlafplätze für 2/4 Personen mit zwei Einzelbetten oder einem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, Einzel-/Doppelbett kann in der Lounge bereitgestellt werden. Kleinkinderfreundlich, Reisebett, Hochstuhl usw. verfügbar. Kurze Fahrt zu den Stränden, Galloway Forest, Hügeln und der Küste. Fünf Minuten von Wigtown entfernt, praktisch für das Buchfestival. Ideal für Biker, Radfahrer, Wanderer, Vogelbeobachter oder zum Entspannen. Ein gut erzogener Hund ist willkommen, bitte informiere uns vor der Ankunft.

Auszeit an der Küste

Shore Escape ist ein familiengeführter, handgefertigter Rückzugsort mit Meerblick und Selbstverpflegung, der nur einen Steinwurf von der Küstenlinie der Carsluith Bay entfernt ist. Es liegt am Rande des ersten Dark-Sky-Parks Großbritanniens und an der South Coast 300 Route. Shore Escape bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für eine kurze Auszeit und den perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um das schöne Dumfries und Galloway zu erkunden. Popsal cottage is a charming stone built two bedroom home, exuding charcter and warmth. Nestled in a picturesque setting, it boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquility. The cottage has a cozy, inviting interior, featuring exposed stone walls and traditional design the cottage offers comfortable and well appointed accomodation. Inside there is a king bedroom and charming twin bedroom, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Ivy Bank Studio Creetown - Gem Rocks Neighbour.

Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

2 Calgow Cottages - Gateway to the Galloway Hills

2 Calgow Cottage is a fully refurbished semi-detached cottage in the heart of Galloway, within walking distance of Newton Stewart, described as the 'Gateway to the Galloway Hills'. Our large garden backs on to the mature woodlands of Kirroughtree Forest, famous for its recreational offering including bike shop and cafe, walking trails, and home to one of the 'seven stanes' mountain biking sites. Closeby are miles of coastline, hills, and spectacular scenery, ideal for that perfect getaway.

Ramblers' Rest

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This inviting annexe is located in an idyllic countryside setting surrounded by wildlife. The annexe is attached to our house and is situated in a wonderfully peaceful spot in Minnigaff, at the end of a quiet lane; there is a footpath directly opposite.We are within easy walking distance of local pubs and eateries. Newton Stewart is ideally situated between the countryside and coast of the Machars and the Galloway Forest (dark sky) Park.

The Old Toll House Petite and perfectly formed

Petite but perfectly formed The Old Toll house is a perfect base to explore Dumfries and Galloway. The Old Toll house was built in 1813 the same time as the bridge was built. It was the original Toll house used to collect the payment for people crossing between Newton Stewart and Minnigaff. The old wooden bridge and ford was replaced in 1813 John Rennie (The Elder) won the honour of the commission. Thomas Telford his competitor also submitted plans. Thank you for your booking.

The Potager Tree House

Situated within the vegetable garden five feet up. Unfortunately, not suitable for disabled access. There is a tree coming up through the balcony which gets full sun in the morning for breakfast alfresco. Living area is small and quirky but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a BBQ, a wood fired whiskey barrel hot tub and enough coals and logs provided for one night. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Private entry and parking.
