This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Red Roof Loft @ FireFly Farm

Come enjoy wide open quiet spaces on our almost 30-acre farm. If you need time and space to unwind, you will find that here. Our farm includes 2 farm cats, Marshmallow (the cream one) and Leo (the black one) , a rescue dog (Linguine) and a few horses. If you are NOT an animal lover, Firefly Farm might not be a good fit. Marshmallow will sometimes make the top of your vehicle his little resting place. And if you leave your door open, he might just sneak right in. Just shoo him & he’ll listen.

With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

The Pelican House is in downtown Hartsville, walking distance to Sonoco & Coker University. The main bedroom features a comfy king bed, 2nd bedroom has 2-twin beds, & additional sleeping is available on the flip out queen sofa bed in the living room. Sit & rock on the front porch, grill out on the propane grill, make meals in the stocked kitchen, or walk downtown to restaurants, bars, & shops. Kitchen table has seating for up to six. Covered parking is offered in the connected carport.

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Our freshly renovated home sits in a family-oriented neighborhood only a mile from downtown Hartsville and Kalmia Gardens and includes access to Black Creek. This 600 sf home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and an open living area. Digital antenna reception for smart-tv and high speed wi-fi internet. Small dogs will be considered for stays on a case-by-case basis. Pet stays require prior approval from the hosts and will involve additional fees.
