This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

Farm "The Stockyards "3 Bed Views Foxground Berry

Stockyards is a 2021 build 3-bedroom farm stay si in the picturesque valley. The property has fabulous views, a large, covered verandah , fire pit guests have to supply wood. Please extinguish fire pit before you leave it. Foxground is a coastal farming community The property is 5 minutes from the coastal towns of Berry and Gerringong. Children/infants under 12 not catered for. Please do not book. We do not offer the opportunity to charge EVs as we are on a rural grid.

Oksana's Studio

We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

A short drive down country lanes from the vibrant village of Berry, is Knoxberry Farm. This coastal farm cottage can accommodate 4 guests. With breathtaking views over lush green dairy paddocks to the escarpment, you will unwind within minutes of arrival. The cottage has 2 King size bedrooms, the King beds can be split into 4 x Singles upon request. 6.4 km drive (4mins) to the beach, 1.7 km flat walk to town. Perfect location to unwind in fresh country air.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
