We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

Nestled on over six well maintained acres this house is the perfect private location that is also very convenient to all local attractions such as the Biltmore House, Arboretum, Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, wifi, washer and dryer and a private well with excellent water filtration system. There are three ponds and a creek on the property which entice local wild life. Deer, foxes & bear do visit.
