El chalet se encuentra en el llano de Cruz en una zona muy tranquila con gran intimidad. Acceso por carretera asfaltada.

Dos terrazas con vistas al mar y chimenea. El apartamento tiene acceso propio e independiente desde la calle. Para acceder a él hay que subir un primer tramo de escaleras.

The house is equipped with a pellet burner and A/C. The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, the bedroom and the bathroom on the middle floor and a sitting area with a view on the upper floor.
