Includes access to Ideal Beach Resort for close exclusive beach & excursion. Ski boat available to rent at home. Plenty of parking - ride your ATV/snowmobile right from the driveway. Mountain bike or trail run from the home and enjoy alpine trails. We purchased this home recently but it has an avg of 4.97 stars over 50 reviews

Very Large Home in the Foothills

4500 sq. feet. Large gathering areas & roomy, fully-stocked kitchen. WIFI, pool/ ping-pong table, 8 TV's, Nintendo 64, DVD's, books, & toys. Full acre yard. Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.
