All to yourself! I’ve corrected previous issues mentioned in reviews :) Very conveniently located close to everything downtown Vancouver has to offer. You are a 5min walk from Granville entertainment district with bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Only a 10min stroll from the Convention Centre and from the waterfront. A 5min walk from Davie st which takes you to the beach. Incredibly central but also very quiet and peaceful at night thanks to the double pane windows which blocks out the noise.
