It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi.
