We welcome you to come and relax in our newly renovated, bright and airy private guest suite with stunning views of the ocean. Located on the water in Ferguson's Cove. We are 2 minute walk to the great walking trails and views of York Redoubt, 7 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. 15 minute drive to downtown Halifax, and 40 minutes from the Halifax airport. Separate and private space. Exterior stairs and a private entrance. 2nd floor balcony with amazing view of the valley & golf course. Minutes off the 101. This newly renovated 4.5 star heritage home is in a prime downtown Charlottetown location and we have 3 rental units on the property, one on each floor. We are walking distance to city center, Victoria Park, many great restaurants, theatre, shopping, city transit, night-life activities and coffee outlets. Located amongst many beautiful heritage homes it’s charm and spectacular view is hard to find in a city. You will find many wonderful things to enjoy, all within walking distance!

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Large living room has a 60” TV with cable TV., Internet, weights and elliptical machine for working out! Has a kitchenette with sink, mini bar and stools, toaster oven, kettle, and microwave. Enjoy the swimming pool, and canopied loungers! (Seasonal, June to September. Closed August 28 to September 11, 2024 for maintenance.) Gel pillow top mattress, and gel memory foam pillows guarantee a relaxing rest! (No parties allowed. Quiet at 11pm.)
