Apartment in Cadiz in front of the beach!! Enjoy a few days or weeks of rest in the capital of Cadiz, less than 1 minute to the descent to the beach of Santa María del Mar or 5 minutes from Playa Victoria. The center is a pleasant walk in front of the sea about 10 minutes. Now enjoy air-conditioning just renewed. Charming and lightful place in front of the beach. All kind of amenities around the place. Old city in a 10 miutes walk besides the sea. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one double double and another room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, lounge and sunroom. Both the living room and the terrace have side views of the sea. The living room has a double size sofa bed. Enjoy the sunsets from the terrace, or down to the promenade that is practically down to the street. Quiet area with many shops, bars and supermarkets in the surrounding area. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. -- Great comunication (train, bus, rental bikes). Supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the surrounding of the property. Train Station: 15 minutes walk (or 5 minute bus) Bus stop: less than 5 minutes Highway: less tan 10 minutes drive For babies and kids, available travel cot and extra bed. Stunning huge light traditional patio town house

The house is right in the centre of town, literally a stone's throw from all the best bars and restaurants in Vejer. All the bedrooms are a good size and there are huge open living spaces and "to-die-for views". It's light and airy and has good quality beds. The house works well for couples, families, big groups, and pets, although families should be aware that Spanish nightlife is late and can be noisy! Un apartamento ideal para unas vacaciones

Luminoso apartamento muy bien situado. Zona muy tranquila y céntrica, a escasos 10 min. andando de la playa y a 3 min. de la zona de bares, restaurantes, tiendas..... con zonas de aparcamientos cercanas. Cocina totalmente equipada. Aire acondicionado y calefacción, wifi, etc. Es una primera planta y la terraza se encuentra en la parte superior. Estaré a su disposición en todo momento y será un placer poder ayudarles en lo que necesiten para que su estancia sea cinco estrellas. Bienvenidos! :)

Charming apartment in the heart of old town. Very sunny and cosy with 4 balconies,fully equipped american kitchen and a very spacious living room. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5mns to the beautiful beach of La Barrosa and 5 mns to the concert of Sancti Petri. Ideal for family with young children. The swimming pool(4mx3m) is shared with one other apartment. The Health centre and convenient stores nearby. Very quiet and easy to park.
