Hi, I’m Clay and I love to meet new people and have traveled all over the world for the past 20 years working with bands. This journey, along with my new wife Joy, has lead to us becoming Airbnb hosts. Our eclectic, cozy, charming, spacious and right on the Bayou listing is a place we are sure you’ll love. Large picture windows for gazing at the bayou let in lots of natural light. Fully handicap accessible! Not suitable for children. Cleanliness and hospitality are our specialties! No pets!! 5🌟

The Happy House

Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We are truly HAPPY to have you be our guest!

Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Garden district charmer! Pet Friendly!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex near everything Monroe has to offer. Front door parking and your fur baby is more than welcomed! Small fenced patio with a larger yard outside of the patio. Rooster Ridge (owned and operated by Laughing Rooster, LLC) is a rustic cabin with many of the comforts and amenities of home. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.
