Originally a general store, then the local church from the 1920s, it has now been converted into a stylish, peaceful retreat for up to four people. Only 10 mins from Colac and 20 mins to Forrest, everything the Otways have to offer is on your doorstep. For cyclists, the Old Beechy Rail trail runs right past and you'll find many beautiful waterfalls nearby.

The Brewers Cottage

The Brewers Cottage is a 100 year old fully refurbished woodcutters cottage which has a comfortable contemporary interior with modern finishings. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms with good quality linen and everything you might need. There is a beautiful little, cool, shady green garden and verandah for relaxing. With a great location in the centre of town the accommodation is perfect for those who want access to the Forrest mountain bike trail heads, walking tracks and a cold beer at The Brewery.

Nordic Noir Hideaway

Welcome to Nordic Noir, your own rustic little hideaway nestled among the tree ferns. Our quirky little cabin comes complete with your own Nordic Spruce barrel sauna & spa to rejuvenate your body after exploring Forrest by bike or foot. The cabin & BBQ cabin are all yours to enjoy & are connected via a leafy walkway. MTB trails are on our doorstep, ride/walk into town in minutes or just chill & enjoy the sauna & hot tub. Escape to Sunnyside

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Croft Birregurra -

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

The nook is a gorgeous self-contained cottage retreat ideal for couples, singles, or families. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, sumptuous linen and an open living plan around a wood fireplace. Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .

Nestled between tall gums and framed by dairy farms this converted Church is a darling of the Otway Hinterland. Find yourself nestled in the Otway ranges, surrounded by beautiful rainforests, trails and waterfalls. Ride your bike to the trails from your front door, or take a short drive to Lake Elizabeth nearby. Forrest Brewery Company and the General Store are located within a few minutes walk. Lake Elizabeth is a cosy self-contained suite perfect for singles and couples. Please note: breakfast is no longer included.

Fern Cottage - Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage ticks all the boxes in terms of location, comfort and atmosphere - for the ultimate weekend escape in the Otways. The Cottage has it's very own Tesla Charger installed which can be used for all guests in their E-vehicles. In keeping with the energy efficient theme, the Cottage also has solar panels on the roof connected to a Tesla battery pack, it is also connected to main power just in case!

77 on Main started its life in 1918 selling toys, silverware and china. 100 years later it serves as a unique opportunity to stay in the sleepy town of Beeac. Situated in the main street you are a short stroll from the wonderful food and hospitality of the Farmers Arms Hotel and the Ice-cream and Lolly shop. Venture out or simply cosy up inside with a good book, local wine and enjoy the unique space.
