You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Centrally located 3-bedroom/ 1.5 baths house in a quiet residential neighborhood 2 miles to Craigville Beach!! Family room and a sunroom lead out to a private fenced in backyard with a fire pit and an inground pool!! A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a separate dining area, that leads to a second living room. Flat screen TVs, central air conditioning, w/d on site. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Perfectly set up for a family summer vacation to remember!
