Apartman BFF je prostran i sunčan dom od 53 m2 za do 4 gosta. Sveže renoviran. Nalazi se u strogom centru a sve šta je potrebno je u neposrednoj blizini (restorani, supermarketi, javni prevoz). Udaljen je 10 min hoda od plaže. Nalazi se na 4. spratu i ima lift. Sastoji se od 1 spavaće sobe, udobnog dnevnog boravka, potpuno opremljene kuhinje i kupatila sa svim sadržajima. Gosti imaju besplatan pristup Wi-Fi mreži, kablovskoj televiziji i 2 klima-uređaja. Parking ispred zgrade je besplatan.

The apartment is located right next to the sea port and the beach. City center, two groceries, a lot of bars and cafes within walking distance. There is one bedroom with balcony and studio area with kitchen, TV, two sofa-beds, dining table and with balcony as well. Both rooms with air condition. In the kitchen you can find any kitchen equipment you would need. You can find all the necessary bedding in the wardrobe and pantry. Small bathroom with a washing machine, washbasin and shower.

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Villa Tatjana is a two-house sea-front complex with a private infinity pool, situated in precious natural environment, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat airport. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, complex has a fantastic garden whith a path, that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge.
