Das Gehöft liegt auf über 5 Hektar in der „Cowboy Capital of the World“. Nur 8 Minuten von der Stadt mit viel Live-Musik, Grill, südlichen Restaurants und vielen kleinstädtischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Boutiquen, Antiquitäten und vielem mehr. Du kannst am Fluss sitzen oder einen Spaziergang entlang der Main Street machen. Der oberirdische Pool ist 33 Fuß rund, hinter dem Haupthaus.
