Located on one of the most iconic streets of Fells Point, the home itself is located away from the bustle of the street in a private courtyard with gated entrance only accessible by the five other homes that share the courtyard. Completely updated with clean new furnishings and recently renovated the home contains two small bedrooms, a nice size bathroom and living and dining areas along with a great fully updated kitchen with plenty of room for cooking. The courtyard has chairs and a fire pit.

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.

The Crab House - a Private, Waterfront Guest House

Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC.
