Das Haus, Thea, ist ein neu restauriertes Haus das Plats bis fur 5 Personen bietet. Sie verfugt einen großen Garten und liegt nur 30 Meter von dem Strand Xechoriati (Palios Alikanas) entfernt. Thea verfugt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Schlafsofa und einer Kuche die vollstandig ausgestattet ist mit einem Tisch und Stuhlen. Das Bad verfugt eine Badewanne und einer moblierten Terrasse um die schonen Momente des Ionischen Meer
