Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.
