The fruit farm and vineyard with its winery provide the context for a quiet stay in rural calm and also as a springboard to explore the magnificent Douro valley. The old stone cottage has been renovated with amenities for a comfortable self catering holiday. Accommodation comprises of a large dining & living room, spacious kitchen, upstairs with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor seating areas and views and walk the farm.

Tranquility, careful decoration and magnificent landscape, this is our house at the gates of the beautiful and historic city of Amarante. We are located 10 minutes from the main node of national motorways that can take you to Porto, Guimarães, Braga, Vila Real, Lamego, Bragança, Chaves and many other cities of great historical and tourist interest. You may use direct public transport for some of them. Amarante is our city. Small, with a rich historical center, crossed by the river Tâmega.

Ferienhaus Früchteparadies Quinta do Souto

Das Ferienhaus wurde im Jahr 2021 komplett restauriert. Es wurde ursprünglich mit 80 cm starken Natursteinen gebaut, die vollständig erhalten blieben. Das Haus ist eingebettet in einem Orangenhain und eingesäumt von Weinreben und war früher das Wohnhaus eines kleinen Bauernhofs. Der Hof liegt im Norden Portugals, im Distrikt Porto, in der Gemeinde Santa Cruz do Douro. Zu erreichen ist der Ort am besten über den Flughafen in Porto und weiter geht es dann mit der Bahn, Bahnhof Aregos.
