Twin bedroom, sitting area, breakfast area and shower. Stunning views of Lochranza Bay. Please note 0.3mile up a rough hill track, parking at foot of track. Close to Arran Coastal Way and Lochranza - Claonaig ferry. Bus stop 0.8mile. Mini fridge, microwave, plug-in single hob, kettle, toaster. Breakfast provided; cereals, tea, ground coffee, bread, butter, milk, conserves. Gluten free/vegan if requested in advance. Attached to owners' home and artist's studio. We are next door for help/advice.

Ivy Bank Studio Creetown - Gem Rocks Neighbour.

Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

Self-contained private annex with lounge/small food prep area and separate bedroom, en suite/electric shower and storage cupboard. Lounge has a 43” 4K Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Ethernet and WiFi. There are complimentary tea/coffee/snacks. (Nespresso machine/milk frother) fridge, microwave, portable hob and kettle. Continental breakfast is included in the apartment on arrival. Private entrance/keylock/ garden/patio. For longer stays clothes washing/drying by arrangement.

Kirkbrae is a beautiful victorian granite house, hosting guest accommodation which consists of a private area within the main house, including a bedroom, private bathroom and sitting area. Access is through a private external door and internal stairs leading to the first floor space. Amenities include parking, wifi and tea/coffee making facilities. Our peaceful location is within walking distance of a local community owned grocery store, Post Office, cafe and a theatre within New Galloway.

The area is quiet and leafy yet minutes from all the lovely bars and restaurants of the west end. Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.
