Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Jetty Boathouse

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. Situated just 1.15 hours drive from Sydney the Boathouse is ideal for couples looking for a weekend away or families looking for privacy and an alternative to hotels. An incredibly peaceful, calm cottage just meters from the waterfront of beautiful Lake Macquarie. Luxurious modern bathroom, state of the art kitchen, and everything you will ever want for a relaxing, rejuvenating private break. Please be aware your luggage needs to be carried from your car park at the top of the hill, down approximately a 100m grassed hill, then back up again. If you have an injury or you have limited mobility you will struggle with access

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

Situated within walking distance from Avoca Beach & its charming village with its fabulous range of shops, restaurants and coffee shops There is plenty of off street parking for cars of any size Avoca Breezes offers clients free WiFi and a small work space for those who need to work or just keep in touch with the outside world.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
