Welcome to our 11-acre property with fully stocked one-acre pond for fishing and swimming. We are centrally located amongst the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized one bedroom and one bath unit with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities on site. Please note: There is a queen Japanese futon or air mattress available for one to two more guests.

The Yoga House is about peace and serenity! We have a Smart Tv and wifi, but no cable. The upper floor is devoted to overnight stay with a kitchen, bedroom,living room and bathroom. You have a separate entrance over top of our Yoga House. Your entrance is to the left and around the back. There are steps as this is on the 2nd floor. We are located just a few miles from Conneaut Township Park with a lovely beach and waterfront dining. There is also many excellent wineries in the area.

Lovely 1 BR apartment getaway in the heart of GOTL

Enjoy Thunder-on-the-Strip from the front porch. This one bedroom apartment is a block off the Geneva on the lake strip. All of the attractions are within easy walking distance.There are plenty of restaurants and food vendors close or you could use the fully equipped kitchen to create your own. We have a large front porch to watch the strip activities or a more secluded rear deck. This unit was finished in July of 2022, so come be among the first to enjoy this unique property.

Settle into the beach life in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment while exploring the nearby wineries or Geneva on the lake. Once you get here, you might just stay here instead. The view from the balcony is everyone's favorite part. Pictures don't do it justice. 10-minute drive to GOTL 20-minute drive to Wineries There is a bar next door open on weekends with live music to enjoy and be aware of. They don't stay open super late.
