Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking

We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We are an easy one-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Country setting near shopping, eating, and amusement. Completely furnished with bedding, towels and kitchen essentials. Home is situated off the road overlooking a large field and pond. Here you can fish (catch & release), walk through field or trees, around pond or just relax at outdoor table / bench. Lots of animals and birds for nature views. Also, field fire pit, horse shoe pit and peddle boat use with permission and life jacket use.
