Country house situated on a "finca" of 7700 m2 in a beautiful and peaceful rural area, with a garden of autochthonous plants and fruit trees. Spectacular infinity pool of 10 x 5 meters with nocturnal LED lights and a sun terrace with panoramic views over a beautiful valley. The house, completely renovated in 2012, has a living room with access to a large furnished porch, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a tub. It is just 10 minutes away by car from the famous beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo,..., and 2 minutes away from the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find all the services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy. On the surroundings you will also find numerous entertainment possibilities such as water sports, cycling and horse riding, golf, Auto Safari, or the Caves of Drach, among others.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
