The house has 2 rooms each with AC units & 1 bathroom for a maximum capacity of 4 people . There's plenty of open green space on the property. We're pet-friendly!

Apartamento de estilo Art Decó frente al Mercado del Puerto, tipo duplex, con baño privado, balcón y ventanas de piso a techo que dan a peatonal turística Pérez Castellano. Ahora el cuarto cuenta con sommier de dos plazas. Fué pintado en enero del 2019 y se plastificó el piso del cuarto. Cuenta con varias comodidades como sala de estar, wifi, y una nutrida biblioteca con clásicos de la literatura uruguaya y latinoamericana.

Además de ropa blanca y aire acondicionado (frío-calor). Escritorio para trabajar. Baño en suite. Posee entrada independiente, se accede a través de un hall de distribución. No se admite 3er huésped (ni bebés menores a 2 años)
