We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

This light and airy studio is perfect for a single or couple. The studio offers a private entrance, off street parking and a Queen Bed , bath, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with access to beaches, restaurants, Shoreline Park and the Douglas Preserve within walking distance, is a great place to get away to nature. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.

Lighthouse Keeper's House, close to the beach

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and enclosed front yard. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers as this is a quiet neighborhood. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Casa Limon, a comfortable, spacious and private get away, originally our master suite and located in the lower level of our home. Beautiful mountain views, centrally located, easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Within a 10 minute drive to downtown, hiking, mountain biking trails, and beaches.
